These policies are in preparation as we approach public launch. The Nautic Ecosystem is a working product in active development and the formal terms of service will be published here before any subscription is charged.

The short version: the apps are provided as-is during the trial period, your account and your logbook belong to you, and you can export or delete your data at any time. We’ll give written notice well ahead of any change that materially affects the way your data is handled or your subscription is billed.
